Every Wednesday, Max gives you a glimpse into his world by revealing something he thinks is, indeed, awesome. Today's entry: "Fringe".
Holy God is the new TV show "Fringe" awesome. Like, better than "Lost" awesome. It's only five or six episodes into its first season, and I am completely hooked. The characters are great, from the understated hotness of the main character, to the ridiculously skinny tall black guy, to the bald creepy guy who likes to watch.
Its like X-Files, but with less whining and more better. The episodes are all self-contained, but there is an underlying plot that holds everything together. It's very well done and did I mention the lead character is kind of hot?
It does have Pacey from "Dawson's Creek" in it. But I'll take a little Joshua Jackson if it means I get to see people's brains get microwaved in a diner and some lady give birth to a "OH MY GOD WHAT IS THAT THING?!".
In conclusion, "Fringe" is awesome.

Although I do not disagree with Max's position regarding Fringe, it is, however, too similar to The X Files with conspiracy theories gallore a running rampant and ulterior motives gallore.
My suggestion (which does not conflict with you Fringe fans) is Sons of Anarchy on FX. This show, in a nut shell, is a MAN's show. Which is the complete antitheses of Grey's Anatomy...which has been confirmed to be watched by at least two members of the Table. You pussies!!!

I think I'm one of those two as well. I don't really watch the show, but I am being used for my DVR capabilities.
I've been watching Fringe since Tuesday is a day that I get the opportunity to do so. I don't think it's better than Lost good but I do enjoy the "anything may happen at any time" feeling. Blood out of your eyes...Awesome!
