There's a lot going on
Okay, I haven't really kept you guys updated on my status. I no longer reside in Tusca-bama. From what I observed, they DO love the governor in Burningham. I moved up to the IC (Iowa City) and have had no real time to settle down. For crying out loud, I had a club practice after being here for 2 hours and have been going 100 mph since.
I'm planning on heading to "The Good Life" on Wednesday. The convention starts on Thursday as well as the first of the final four matches. ICE, even though we witnessed some good matches when we were in Lincoln, I think we missed out on one of the greatest wins of all time last Saturday. Max and Truth kept me updated during the last game and they did a fantastic job. They were also about 2 seconds behind Gametracker so I knew the Huskers had won before they told me. Max should definitely get into broadcasting, though.
I've got the mountain man beard going on right now. Don't have a reason to shave right now. I'll trim it down for the FF.
The Steelers are awesome. They may not win with style but they sure do hit hard.
I'm really excited to see everyone together this week. It's been a while. That's about it for now.

Heather, you broke my heart
As we all know, the Fightin' Willies hailing from Furman University have captured the SoCon and have an automatic bid to the big dance.
ESPNU was gracious enough to delay the selection show by 45 minutes so that we could all watch the 3rd place (blowout) game between to crappy mens basketball teams. With much anticipation I waited to see where the NCAA would send Furman (and the Huskers). As Heather took us through the bracket she revealed that the Paladins would have a short trip to Clemson for a showdown of biblical proportions against the Utes of Utah (way to be original). On a side note, the Huskers face Liberty at the Coliseum.
The bracket show continued down the right side of the bracket. I sent Ice a congrats and right before ESPNU headed to commercial we all heard that Stanford would take on Alabama in the first round.
WAIT! WTF!! DID SHE SAY ALABAMA?!?!
Hell yeah, Suede and Ice will both be dancin' this week. I couldn't believe it. I fired off a text to Suede to congratulate him as well. I called Max and as I was leaving him a voicemail, ESPNU came back and revealed that Stanford would be taking on ALBANY!!!
Heather you cruel woman why would you do this to me? Bring me to the point of pure joy and then bring reality crashing down. I should have known better than to fall for your games, but you knew exactly where to cut the deepest.

Billy, good luck on Friday. For those of you just tuning in, first serve is set for 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday December, 5th. Hopefully there will be a webcast or someone at the game can send me some text updates throughout the match.
IN A BATTLE WHERE NO ONE WILL WIN... WHO WILL WIN???
For those of you thinking I was talking about another Heather, shame on you. She's a nice girl
